(Tory Burch 195.00)Ballet flats have been stylish for the past couple of months and as we continue on into spring/summer... they too continue to be fashionable. The one difference with this summer is, ballet flats are now lacking simplicity, making things a little more exciting. Flats are now being shown in patent leather, metallics, and some even contain a pendant on top.
